A strategic repositioning and rebrand for Delta Development Group. An award winning sustainable developer based in Amsterdam, Holland. We worked together with Delta to clarify their company vision and mission. Resulting in a more compelling and ownable brand platform. This has been translated into a modern and simple visual language. ‘Future Forever’ is the new company manifesto. A work model that sets out Delta’s project criteria. Shaping the future of development the world needs.

We created a concise and compelling articulation of who Delta are and why they exist. A positioning that differentiates themselves from competitors and resonates with prospective partners and clients. Elevating Delta’s perception as one of the world’s thought leaders on sustainable development.

Cradle to Cradle

Cradle to Cradle recognises that nature follows an ingenious cycle in which waste does not exist. By taking into account how a building could be disassembled (circular design) during the design phase, a circular approach can be applied to the built work environment. Where the materials used are biodegradable or can be reused for different products with another life. This sustainable approach to development inspired the new Delta brand mark.

New brand and positioning has helped Delta win projects with a number of new clients including, a leading fashion brand (+£150m) an online fashion retailer (+£200m)" and a multinational IT provider (+£30m).
